General Terms and Conditions of Tuaré.

These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions under which the online store Tuaré, a legal entity with VAT number 213988216, with registered office atRua Nossa Senhora da Conceição 103, in Alcabideche, Lisboa (hereinafter Tuaré), operates.

The service provided by Tuaré consists of making a range of products and/or services available to the user, who is granted the status of customer, enabling the latter to place and purchase orders online for the products displayed on the store.

By using Tuaré, the user accepts in full and agrees to all the terms and conditions set out herein, as well as to the Privacy Policy in force at the time of access to Tuaré.

If the user does not accept, either in full or in part, any of the conditions stipulated, they should not make purchases on Tuaré. By accessing Tuaré, the user undertakes and agrees to comply with the conditions set out on this page and in the Privacy Policy.

Tuaré reserves the right to update and amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Customers are advised to check the Terms and Conditions periodically to verify any changes or updates.

Product information and prices

Tuaré provides customers with information on the characteristics, descriptions, images or videos of each product and/or service on each respective page. Tuaré undertakes to make its products and/or services available in a clear manner and to correct any possible errors as quickly as possible.

Prices for each product and/or service are displayed in a concise manner, including VAT, shipping costs applied to each order, and any other applicable additional charges.

Information regarding products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated and changed by Tuaré at any time.

Intellectual property

Tuaré is a registered online store, and the service is provided by Vanessa Fiuza Salgado Guerra Pinto.

The content, domain, and all information presented and available on Tuaré are the property of Vanessa Fiuza Salgado Guerra Pinto or have been duly licensed to it, and are therefore protected by copyright and related rights. Any use, reproduction, copying or disclosure of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior written approval by Tuaré.

The customer agrees to fully comply with the above‑mentioned conditions and rights and to refrain from any actions that may infringe applicable legislation, such as copyright and related rights, or other laws governing the use of images, videos, and content, without the express authorisation of Tuaré. Tuaré shall not be liable for any unauthorised use of such content.

Payment methods

Once payment has been completed, Tuaré will perform a standard verification process in order to proceed with processing and dispatch of the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid and the corresponding invoice.

Purchase conditions at Tuaré

Product availability

All products and/or services available on Tuaré can be purchased, except in cases of stock outages or limited stock, as well as in respect of made‑to‑order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in such cases they will be clearly marked as such on Tuaré.

If a product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, Tuaré undertakes to contact the customer as soon as possible by phone or email in order to expedite any necessary arrangements.

Taxes and duties

All prices displayed on Tuaré are in euros, with applicable VAT and other taxes included in accordance with current legislation.

Order cancellation

The customer may cancel an order while it is still being processed. The customer is requested to inform Tuaré by email at the following address: info@tuare.pt.

If a cancellation request is submitted after the order has already been shipped, the order will proceed to delivery and the customer may choose not to accept it. Tuaré

shall not be liable for possible delays in the cancellation process.

Tuaré reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistencies, fraud or misconduct by the customer, or for technical reasons outside the control of Tuaré.

Right of withdrawal / free cancellation

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, they may do so by email at info@tuare.pt or by completing the contact form available on Tuaré.

If the customer withdraws from the contract within the legal period, they shall, in addition to returning the product, also return any free gifts or promotional items accompanying the main product. Tuaré shall refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned order, accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and the return form.

Refunds will be made by the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed and without the customer incurring any costs as a result of the refund.

Any refund procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Decree‑Law No. 24/2014, as applicable.

Complaints

The customer may submit a complaint regarding any issue, act, information, or service provided in connection with Tuaré via email at info@tuare.pt or through the online complaints book available at the following link: {link to complaints book}.

Limitation of liability

By creating and using an account on Tuaré, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, its confidentiality, and for all activity arising from that account.

By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unambiguously accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up‑to‑date version.

Tuaré shall not be liable for any information provided by third parties, technical failures, or any other issues that may prevent access to, or the proper functioning of, the online store.

Tuaré shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products and/or services provided, or from any delays or unforeseen circumstances in the delivery of orders.

Governing law – Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Portuguese law and by the applicable legislation in force.
