Return Policy

Framework

This return policy has been prepared in accordance with applicable legislation and may be updated without prior notice.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring any costs (other than the cost of returning the product(s)) and without providing any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer (excluding the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).

Accordingly, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, any purchase made in the store may be returned within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt. After this period, it will no longer be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).

If the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must complete and submit any unequivocal declaration of contract termination. This can be done by contacting the store within the period mentioned above, requesting the withdrawal form, or by clearly stating via email to info@tuare.pt their intention to terminate the contract.

The email contact should include the following information:

• Recipient’s name

• Telephone/mobile number

• Order number

• Order date

• Order receipt date

• Number of products and/or services purchased

After receiving the withdrawal request, we will respond as soon as possible to facilitate and schedule the collection of the returned product(s).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, purchased items must be in the same condition as when delivered. They must be returned in their original packaging and without signs of improper use or mishandling.

Perishable products cannot be returned. Examples include food items, flowers, newspapers, and magazines.

Products related to personal hygiene or intimacy, among others, are also not eligible for return.

The return must always be made to the retailer and never to the supplier of the products and/or services.

Documentation

To complete the return process, the customer must include the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and the return form.

Refund

The refund of the product(s) value, as well as delivery costs, will be made in full within 14 days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw.

Tuaré is not required to refund additional costs arising from a different and more expensive return method than the one we offer.

If Tuaré arranges the collection of the product(s) from the customer, the refund process will begin after the returned item(s) have been duly received. The customer will be notified via info@tuare.pt

about this process.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the customer does not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

If the refund is not received within the indicated period, please first check your bank account again. If the amount is still not credited, contact your bank representative. If no feedback is received after these steps, you may contact us at +351919642877.

Exchanges

An exchange will only be accepted if the order is defective, incomplete, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery.

Gifts

If the item was received as a gift, it can only be exchanged upon presentation of the corresponding gift receipt.

Shipping Costs

The initial shipping costs will be included in the refund amount, as provided under Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

If the customer chooses a return shipping method different from the one defined by Tuaré, they will be responsible for any additional shipping costs relating to the return or exchange of the product.

We cannot guarantee that returned items will be received or that they will arrive in the same condition as when originally shipped.

International Returns

For orders delivered abroad, the return process follows the same conditions outlined above.
