Delivery Policy

At Tuaré, we offer several shipping options, which may or may not have an associated cost depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value, and destination region.

Shipping costs are displayed when placing an order in the store, during the second step of the shopping cart checkout, considering the following factors:

• Destination region

• Order weight and/or value

• Selected shipping method

• Selection of VAS (Value-Added Services)

When selecting the Standard Ground Shipping option, orders will be shipped through Batch.

The pricing listed in the table applies to the Next Day Delivery service, where delivery is made on the first business day following the order’s dispatch.

All displayed prices are subject to VAT at the applicable legal rate.

How order shipping is processed

The dispatch of an order will be carried out according to the shipping method chosen by the customer at the time of order placement and only after payment validation.

The order may be shipped through carrier A.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking code to monitor delivery updates.

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the selected shipping service or the timeframe specified in the description of the chosen shipping method.
